Description
Prepared by controlled partial depolymerisation of Hyaluronic Acid by Chondroitinase AC and separation of the oligosaccharide products by high resolution gel filtration. General formula of HA-oligosaccharides: ∆HexAβ1,3 – [GlcNAcβ1,4 GlcAβ1,3]n – GlcNAc The uronic acid at the non-reducing end of the oligosaccharides contains a C4-C5 double bond due to the endolytic action of Chondroitinase AC.
