Heparinase enzymes
Heparinases from Flavobacterium heparinum.
The method of preparation gives baseline separation between these three heparinases.
In order to preserve high activity, the enzymes are supplied as frozen solutions and delivered world wide by international courier.
The enzymes are stabilized with 0.1-0.2% BSA (Sigma A4378), 0.22um-sterile filtered and dispensed into sterile vials.
These enzymes are offered in a range of quantities and at competitive prices.

The package size for the Heparinase and Chondroitinase B enzymes is defined in International Units (IU) - one international unit is "the amount of enzyme that will liberate 1.0 μmole of product per minute from a heparin or dermatan sulphate substrate at 25º C” (Product is unsaturated saccharides)
Please note that any enzyme pack size priced over £1000 will automatically qualify for the 15% discount.
For example:
5.0IU Heparinase III is priced at £1250, the price paid is £1250 - 15% = £1062.50
0.5IU Heparinase II is priced at £1650, the price paid is £1650 - 15% = £1402.50
